Subject to the conditions below, we will refund 100% the value of the goods along with any postage and packaging you have paid for. IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY ON RECEIPT AND WE WILL OF COURSE REPLACE YOUR ITEM AT OUR COST.
IF AN ITEM IS RECEIVED DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, IT WILL BE REPLACED AT OUR COST AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with you purchase from Fingerprint Tree then please notify us by letter or email and return your purchase within 7 (seven) working days of receipt for a full, no quibble, refund, including your initial postage and packaging. You must take reasonable care of your purchase and not use it in any way.
